What Really Matters in Negotiations

Farmers in Westfall have reported sightings of a battle off the coast, and the Circle investigates after a survivor washes ashore; the twist is that ship isn’t of the Alliance. Following the wreckage, and scouting along the coast, the Circle finds that the crew of the ship have been taken captive, bound under a curse, and that the Forsaken are behind it, and had made a deal with the spirits of the drowned.
